lol,
I always thought that there would be some kind of spring loaded tensioner for the belt, but there doesnt seem to be one. That is a nice kit, I want one now, what are they worth? B

That cost me 427 euros about 696.12 CAD plus shipping but I think I have the last one that they had cos its now been taken off there website.
You could always try Riechert but as Wally said on an earlier thread they dont seem to make em any more. |

would you be willing to part with that for a few days???? I'd pay you to let me use it for a day, it the only system that I did not directly test other than the Klaus shroud

It looks like he is in the UK. There's dedication to the testing there! I'd be interested to know how that works.

Jake,
I would love to see it tested, but ya a little too far away, if only you were down the road I would have no hesitation. Im in the UK & I couldnt bear to lose it in transit damage or some other way, especially now they have stopped producing them, then there is the UK customs messing about here for me. So unfortunatley Im gonna have to decline. Regards Pablo Last edited by Pablo; March 24th 2004 at 13:24. |

427 Euros is an excellent price! Hey Jake,i did a search on a german classifieds website www.bugnet.de and found a couple of the Riechert cooling sytems for type 1(650 Euros) and type 4 (550 Euros)for sale.Unfortunately not cheap! If your interested in buying one I could help you out with the German. -Mark- |

Now - are they still sold new for type 4?
Do one have to do any machining to the case, or is it "bolt-on"? And last - do one retain the stock oil cooler or is this to be moved? |
