6 pots on the front of my bay

So I've started a new project, my '71 bay.
Although not strictly GL it will have GL influences.
On the front I was considering using late 944 front hubs that run outboard discs, 996 Turbo front discs (330x32) and a cayenne 6 pot calliper.

I am having trouble sourcing the front hubs-does anyone know if that hub came on other porsche models?

On the back I was going to get rid of the bay IRS and run narrow aluminium 944 rear end with boxster s discs and calipers or boxster s discs and non s front calipers. Rear end is pretty simple as I've got this on my bug.

Dub,

What steel did you have the turnbuckles made out of. They look like a nice piece.
