Any info on the yellow with what looks like a shortened 911 motor with OHC?

Looks like he is using some sort of dzus fasteners on his wings for quick release?

Thats a type 1 case with 911 heads, not a shortenend 911 ;)

The more interesting one is the rare Holzapfel Overfly engine in the white car from Thomas Wöhr. I still think MartinB should have directed his efforts to re-surrect that engine instead of the attempts to create a thermally challenged 4-valve aircooled boxer engine from all new solid sand castings...:rolleyes:

Like Wally said, this is the perfect event for the Germanlook fans. The cars with rollcages can make laps around the whole track. For the rest of the cars there is the option to make almost full laps behind a pacecar. At the part off the track where the dragraces are you have to make a pass thrue the pitlane. The rest of the track you can go as fast as you want without making crazy overtaking actions. I've made almost 30 laps this way.

It's been an amazing trip, from the Black Sea to the North Sea and then to the Adriatic for some seaside fun, and then back home, just in time for a local VW meeting :D everything went well, and the SPA Bug show was a blast... I hope I'll be able to do it all again.

this is great guys, i wish we have something like that in my country, a litle question: does a type 1 engine supports all thatas laps without any failures? or all these engines have special mods done to them?
