What WT Oil??

What wt oil are folks using in their T4's? Conventional or Synthenic (SP?)

I'm using conventional Castrol GTX 20/50 in my T1.

We use all of the following synthetics, paired with either K&N Gold or Mobil 1 oil filter, with great success:

Royal Purple Racing 41
Mobil 1 15w50
Mobil Delvac 1 5w40

I am waiting till the next oil change to try Mobil 1 0w40 European Formula.

The turbo guys over on vwvortex's 1.8T technical forum have documented their results of oil analysis and some of their findings are really, really interesting to say the least.
