right let me run this past you lot. My mate said today at work why dont you polish your type 4 case inside and out. i said i may do the out side and remove the casting marks and roughness. what if any thing will polishing the inside the case do????.:silly:

Polishing the case inside is pretty useless. You should smooth all sharp edges and remove the casting flash inside to aid in oil drainback. You would be surprised at the amount of casting flash a type 4 has inside the case. Some is just waiting to break off and get into your oil system....
