I just pulled some off an engine that was running, How should I prep them for a long store? They are Webbers if that matters... Thanks JR

Vegas should be dry, so I would spray them with wd40 and put them in big ziplock bags, with some little silica gel baggies, like the kind that come in new shoes.

...and keep 'em some place that's temp controlled so condencation doesn't form in the jet holders, emulsion tubes, accellerator pumps, etc...

of course where your'e at that may not be a problem.

Most important thing is to get ALL the gas out or the insides of the passages and the bowls will corrode. And don't just turn the carbs upside down, take off the tops, take out the jets and and mixture screws and blow it all out. Then some WD40 or something and a dry place.
