mad! got any info on it? IMO tank says its gonna get a bug shell, but the rear end and the short wheelbase says buggy??

no, Bren, I don't ahve any more info other than what was on the carstyling.net site
they also have this pic which is obviously the same machine:

and they say it was at the VW Mania 11 show in Hofstade Belguim in 2002...
