Does anyone make T4 manifolds that mount the carbs (dual) backwards so the idle jets point towards the center of the engine instead of outward ?

Or is it simply just a mater of taking them to a machine shop to reverse the flanges on the manifolds ?

I have a set of IDF replacement 48mm TB's that I want to mount but the injectors are towards the outside of the TB. If I could reverse them, it would make it easier to get to the fuel rail assembly. I'm using a FAT 911 setup so I have the room.

Thoughts ?

Hello,

Yes, the only one I can think off right now is Ahnendorp.

Cheers,

If you know anyone that is halfway handy with tig welding and a bandsaw it's a pretty straightforward deal.
I had to have mine cut and swapped for the CB FI - if you look closely you can see the welds on the manifolds below the throttlebodies.
