It's time to upgrade. Believe it or not I have a 1915cc with dual 34 carbs (sad I know). I'm ready for the biggins. Need suggestions on what size and brand will get the most bang for the dollar. I was thinking 40's or 44's. I would really like to buy or build a turbo but.....$$$$$. Any upgrade tips would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

What heads, cam, and exhaust are you running? The milder 40mm... the wilder 44mm. I personally would find a set of Dellortos, 40mm, or 45mm. You can still find them used, and rebuild kits can be had from CB performance. The new EMPI's (weber copies) have had mixed reviews (harder to tune for some, compared to old webers).

Thanks for the quick response.
Here is my list:
94mm forged piston & cylinders
Pro street cylinder heads 40x35.5
69mm Volksracer crank
Compression ratio 8.5:1
EMPI 1.5" dual quite pack Exhaust

Cam? Bigger cam, more gas. If it's a Engle 110... 40's.

can you pull the oil pump to find the cam size? It should be on the end of the cam.
Just a thought.

Dell 45's, you can always choke them down if need be.
40's will work too
