1915 cc, whats up?
ok i found this 1915 cc long block on ebay from www.importmotor.com . for 935.00. this is what it has.....
reman. case new 042 big valve dual port heads for unleaded gas 40 /35 valves new pistons and cylinders 94mm reman 69mm crank 110 crank 400/284 lightened flywheel high capacity oil pump is this any good? ive never built an engine, so what gives? with these heads for unleaded gas would that be a CR of 7:1 or what? please help neil |

This is just my view.... The 110 cam is too small but will make great torque. I would run the compression at 8.5-1 if it was me.
Otherwise it souns ok... ken |

Just an opinion, here. For close to the same money you can get a BAP engine with virtually all new parts. For $1299, it's worth it for the parts. Even to break it down and go through it for yourself. Check out their website.

My 2 cents is to gather parts and build it your self,start small,stock build then mild build next time,and then build yourself a stroker...Donald..
