wheel adapters?

i think im just going to have the drums redrilled. ive spoken to lenner? at vdubcustoms in canada. can anyone vouch for their work? like em , hate em? anyways buy his response i feel like i can trust him, better than the old rednecks around here that are telling me they are "willing" to do anything. so what should i be looking for? or need? im thinking longer studs at all four corners with spacers to advoid the nut clearence problem. i havent checked, as my rims have not made it in yet. just going on the info ive found here. so any comments?
