Another point of interest, The stock heads, and the heater box exhaust limit you to 80-90 HP, but that is quite an improvement
I think to make the needed changes to get more power than that from a 1600 is going to also necessitate strengthening and ballancing Ron |

It's ok Brendan, I understand, just a suggestion though. LOL! If I were you, I wouldn't spend too much on the 1600, if your trying to save up for the t-IV. Try doing what a lot of those Honda guys do and change the intake and exhaust, wouldn't be much of an improvement, but it should help a little...
