I used some VW urathane bushings. They drop right in.
I really don't know about wheel fitment. I just got lucky with the wheels I bought. I tried to put my VW 15" wheel over the front brakes and it wouldn't fit over the rotors. My front rotors are 11" and I think the rears are bigger. I will double check tonight and take some measurements for you. Brendan....
