OK my preference/choice
Pet Shop Boys, Depeche Mode Coldplay, Travis Jamiroquai Ferry Corsten, Sasha, ATB, John Digweed (these are DJs though) Sometimes I would listen to chinese pop.....I am a Chinese to start with...... It is interesting to see what others listen.

I listen to old school punk, like Dead kennedys, 90's 'classic' alternative,
I hate trance, techno is only good if it's german, I like classic rock, and most of all bands like metallica and white zombie, slayer, guns and roses, early korn etc. I am a musician so I only like REAL music. Not over produced pop stuff. Blink 182 makes me want to start fires randomly.
