Permission to use a photo

I need the permisson of owner of a yellow 356 speedster with a beige top to use a monified photo of their car as wall paper on my desktop.

By monified I propose, Black top and drauzs windshield and a genral brush up of the photo. I offer as payment ,my service to touch up any G rated photo's you may wish to have repaired or monofied that you may wish to provide, with the strict understanding ,I will not keep or use or copy them in any way.

I don't think you'll need copyright permission, unless you distribute the finished pictures for a profit.

I'm no expert on copyright laws though.
