Well, there has been some rumour of his shop being out of business, but I can't verify that...

unfortunately Gerd Tafel went out of business a few months ago.If there is an e-mail address you can still try to contact him.

Well I guess thats why the link worked a while back. Thanks for the info. There are a few articles on the web describing this bug so I guess thats all I'll get.
