I think that rivieras were just an aftermarket wheel that lots of people put on 914's.

i would stick with what you have and save the money for what you really want to spend it on. but for the $80 bg wants, get 'em, put some elbow grease into it and paint them yourself (all black).

i like that idea!! but what about painted silver? like the ones vw has now? my car is about the same blue for all the header boxes on this site! imagine that?!! so i think it will look good either way. ideas?

I did a set of the original Rivieras for my son's car, painted them with hammer paint all but the lip, looks like powdercoat.

I just measured them and they are only 4.5" wide. I thought they were all 5.5" wide.
You measure the distance between the inside of the rim lips. Bead to bead right.
