Depending on the year of 911 the hubs are the same as the early 944. I think '74-89 (non turbos) are the same hub.

To keep the swing axle will require some fabrication to plunge cut the outer bearing mating surface. Then deck the hubs the same amount. Also the e-brake cables need welded together.

I have a great respect for anyone serious enough to put rear discs on a swing... Way more work than a IRS.
