71,72,73.74+
They all use completeley dif set ups...
Esp. the 74 and up...holes for the shock absorbent bumpers.. 73's "look" the same but most use the the standard bumper set up... 71-72 should be identical...so 73 could be the odd man out? tough question.... Rather than welding up the fenders couldn't you just make a spacer of some sort? I'm adapting my front bumper bolt holes on my '74 to fit a couple of fog lights and then just meshing over the holes.Try making some bolt-on adaptor plates to attach the bumper brackets to. Sounds like that'd be easier and cheaper to adapt than messing w/ the fenders... Also...a bit easier to "reverse" if you mess up... Just an idea.
