No this guy means the strutbar with the cross in the trunk.
I think it comes from heigo but don't know for sure Wiebrand

My question is also, what brings that cross as extra to the car (except than unnecessary weight?)
Strengthening of the front of the trunk? What for?, so that the reserve-tire lays still? One thing I can see is that it looks bueatiful, and that it is an good thing to have if you want your car totally unstraight after an accident. The cross just pushes hole your struttowers to the frontwindow, where you otherwise only had to make an frontpiece of the nose. Greetings Wiebrand

I don't get the "adjustable" part. Then again, I'm friggin' worthless.
vw1303's craftsmanship is once again superb, but is it really better than the fatter single-bar unit? |
