There are a few threads on 944 brake swaps so I won't go into all that here.
A 1302 has struts and a flat. old style windscreen A 1303 has struts and a curved windscreen The struts changed at some point from having a flat 3 bolt flange at the base of the strut to a more conventional style 2 bolt flange on the side of the base of the strut. You need the later 2 bolt style to swap over to the 944 hubs but you can convert between the 2/3 bolt styles. Rich

so my car has drum brakes, I checked a week ago.
Ive got the chance to buy that 924 for 300 bucks or so. would you guys think that it would be worth it to swap those front disks in? also, my rear suspension is basically somewhat ****ty shape, im thinking it might actually be something i would want to do, to buy it and start swapping parts. |
