Thanks for the reply.
I looked at the mounting options for the turbo a little closer and it will fit much better if the oil drain line is not 100% vertical. Can I get away with mounting the drain at about a 30* angle from the horizontal .... the oil will be draining down at a 30* angle instead of straight downword at a 90* angle. If this is acceptable, then the outlet of the header is a direct straight shot into the turbo inlet I can't rotate the exhaust housing to compensate for the drain as the drain is part of the exhaust housing. The compressor can be rotated but this does not help the angle.I hope I am being clear on this Sandeep |

Sandeep,
Try locate a picture of Marco Mansi's ('Marcothesteammachine') bug in the wbx/oxyboxer forum. IIRC, his turbo of his first 1,9 wbx turbo also housed in the right rear wheel well, but was closer to the back of the car iirc. Maybe there is some info on how he drained/pumped the oil there. Regards, Walter |

There are other (similar) pumps that you could use as well. Mocal has one (Mocal Differential Cooling Pump), as does Weldon (Weldon 9200A Pump). The Weldo is a nice pump, however it is expensive. Cheers!
