928 Limited Slip Diff in Bug gearbox? Possible?

I think the 928 diff will be bigger in the centre.

Because I don't have the picture. That is the point of the thread.

I have to buy a whole gearbox first, then strip it down, and then take a picture. Well, if I do that, i dont' have to ask. I'll see if it fits and in which conditions (machining, aligning... etc.)

And if that LSD doesn't fit, I threw 300 euros away. No thanks!

I've asked for the technical drawings, what do you think why?

Well, for 625 Euros you can get a known good, guaranteed to fit VW Type 1 LSD. Tell him, Matt.
