guess I missed you all
Lets set up another time............ and someone tell me a day early!

Well I went in the chat room and cuaght a little of what you all said. I will be bringing several canopys as well as tables to use for registration and such.
You all can have one just to have the VKG stuff under and hang out, one that people can register at . I will have shirts to sell there too and I can collect show entries and other stuff for Sunday as well.

Now I was counting on getting giveaway stuff for you all, but I really don't have anything but little stuff, like toy cars and such. Do you all have anyone in mind that we can get stuff from? I do have tickets you can use for the 50/50 unless you all have some.

Also, when doing Dyno Day, I have everyone in a time slot, but some have told me they just do it as they come. Well I guess if we have others come, which I hope happens, that we just fit them in whenever. I do have a time open for us all to have lunch too. Also, want to try and wrap it up around 4pm, so everyone can get packed up and off to Reynolds.

Do have the trophies ordered and they are TOP HP, TOP TORQUE and Smallest HP. If there is a special award you all would like to do, go for it, same will go to the BK.

Can anyone be some assistance on Sunday?

I cant help on sunday, I will be racing (probably gonna enter
pro class as well in addition to street car challenge.)

Kathy-

Don't know how much you caught of what we said during the chat.....we pretty much just said that we (the VKG) could handle the Dyno Day registration if you want to give us the paperwork. We can also handle the 50/50 tickets and door prize tickets.

Also, what kind of give away stuff do you need? Door prizes or what? I may can squeeze a thing or two out of Jake if I'm REAL sweet.

Don't know about helping Sunday because I'm not sure if I'll make that leg of the trip or not. I always have to play things by ear during tax season.

Sorry I didn't call Kathy. I was trying to get the Z-Bed widened for the bus.
Beth will run the registration with another of us. She will delegate who that is (nobody will say "NO" to her). There will be 8 or more of us there so we can swap out duties (50/50, t-shirt sales, etc). You just bring thre paperwork and turn it over to us. Then set up a spot for you and the baby and chill out.
Joel and I will be at the track and ready to help out Sun.

Not a problem Dave. I certainly appricate all the help. I will most likey be there at the regstration table with you. I know that other people might want to get in on race/street activities for Sunday, so I can take it then.


Yes Beth, need some good door prizes or maybe one big thing. But I certainly don't want to take away anything from Jake, unless he wants to do it.
