Cheers Espen
There is a wealth of information on this forum for brakes, it would be worth your while having a browse through the old posts or use the search function, pretty much all questions have been asked/answered before Rich

Are the NA and Late T rear hubs the same? Are all the rear hubs for all years the same?

I thought all the rear hubs were the same. I've had a 944 NA set and a set of '86 944T. I didn't have them together, but they don't look any differant.
I checked Vdubengineering's site, and I didn't find anything about it. A wealth of info there too. http://www.vdubengineering.com/techn...onversions.htm

You have at least three different hubs. One for 924 and 944 up to 85.5, one for 85.5 to 86, and a third for 87 and up (also for 968).
