I've never run that particular combo, but I know a 7"et42 on a 3" beam tucks stock fenders, and on a 2" beam it just fits. You will probably need spacers to get the deeper offset wheels away from the lower control arm so you have a decent turn capabilities.

Flat is right, I have a set of cookies. I stuck them on my Ghia just for kicks and they catch the lower ball joint. Almost sit on it. Stock beam, with lowered spindles. I had to buy a 16" or larger spare because the 15" inflate-a-spare did the same thing.

I know I'm okay as far as clearance to suspension and the fenders. I just need to finish assembly on my steering so I can find out how little steering I have
nothing like waiting for parts..... againLooks like I'll have to invest in some spacers and longer studs. |

How about an update & maybe a pic?
I'm waiting on my 15x7 phonedials to show. They are going on a '74 Standard. |

I'm running 15x6.5 on a '70 Standard.
I'm using a spacer, but my turning radius still sucks. ![]() Rob. |

What's your offset? Got a pic showing the fender too? Just to see how it fits.
