It might actually be easier for me to make a couple shows this year... 'cause I won't have anything to bring . I could pack light and buzz across state to at least catch some fun and hang out.

Well with the BKC Dyno Day being out of the question (after the treatment we were given by them for trying to do the right thing). The Silver Dollar Shoot-out is the first event of the season. After that would be Bug-A-Palooza. They have an audio system contest, after I get done with the jam box I am putting in the bus (you know the one Wrench) I think we could take it.
We could all show up to support the race team of Len and Jake at Road Atlanta or Savana.:agree:

Yep. The cabinet is built, amps mounted to it (one for the subs and one to drive 4 more full range in the back). I have to put the second battery in today, bolt the cabinet in and wire it all up.

I don't have time to mess around. I have customer cars to get out. Subs are up and thumping, I will get the 4 full range 6.5's in tomorrow before I go back to work. I broke the sub's in with some TOOL as it should be.

How about we have a chat session on the 17th at 8 PM? This should give us time to figure out when we can get the carbs, cup braces, distributors that Santa brought installed and when we will be ready to show off our latest upgrades to the public.

I have a couple of thoughts on events....
Silver Dollar would be good because it is early in the year - can you tell I am excited about the changes to my car and want to show it off???
Bug A Paluza is a fun weekend and good for the family
Toccoa is a must
Eurofest was great
Savannah would be good since my wife is from there and we could make a long weekend of it
I would like to make PLM in 2007
Also there are a couple of shows in Sevierville that I enjoyed in the past, especially trying to keep up with Jake through the mountains on the way to the show - which may not be so hard now!!!
And dare I say it...Bug Jam is a big show with a lot of cars

Yes, that was the result of our vote. I'm not sure what you thought the reaction would be after what went down. But that is the way it is.

let it go LD. this is a freakin hobby. let's not make it something more.

sorry i missed the chat guys. i have just been head's down in crap for ages now and don't see it letting up. two careers and family was enough, but my daughter is starting a career now that is keeping me even busier.

i am good for most of those shows, maybe all. i still have quite a bit of work to do on the car before i will take it out for the season though. getting to some things i never got to, fixing things that need adjustment, and a few new tricks up the sleeve too.

for those in ATL, GT has a show March 31st on their campus that i hope to hit as well. the organizer was THRILLED when he saw a GL and told me he would love to have some at the show. details can be found at: www.GaTechAutoShow.com

You don't have to keep quoting previous posts L.D. We all know what was said and who said it. We stand behind our past conversations and own up to every word that came out of our mouths regarding the situation with Dyno Day. Unlike some people, that like to run their mouths and then try to play innocent later on when they want something from you.

I'm sure there is a past thread that can easily be "un-deleted" in anyone's memory needs to be refreshed.

Otherwise, just LET IT GO!
