A friend called today to tell me that Books-A-Million had it so a ran over and got one just to see it for myself. Sure enough, right tere on page 81-83. Even wiff LD coming over to our forum and throwing some stones, my day can not be any better.:agree:

Tan did the headliner. I gave him credit when I filled out the sheet (3 pages of info). I didn't write the article.

Congratulations Dave. It is great to see a very cool GL car in Hot VW's and best of all it is yours - it looks great and is very well deserved.
One of the things that they did not mention in the article is all the help that you give others while working on your car- so I want to say thank you for that.

It's just too bad that it wasn't running MassIVe power yet....

But atleast the powerplant was assembled at Aircooled Heaven and it sports a Type 1 DTM (DTM#3)
