Those flared fenders

Can anyone hlep me find out where to get some of those flared fenders. Or if its possable, how do i do it to mine? I would like them to be either metal or carbon fiber if i have to replace them, but fiberglass will be fine. I just need some extra clearance for my autocrossing tires, they rub on full turns.

Does anyone have any experience with Mark V Fiberglass?

That's disappointing. Besides the cost, I haven't seen any overseas flared fenders for the rear that will accept the US-spec '71-'72 taillights.

Thanks for the info nevertheless.

I also know Remmele offers them in glass and CF, but I would not buy from them. There are about 4 of us that have orders with them that are between 8 months to over a year old and they will not answer their phone, emails etc. I think I have had the last contact with them which was Feb 9th by calling from some elses phone number. If you can help it, DO NOT give these guys any of your business, it will only help the entire group get there parts.

We know about their big 100 engine deal, but that deal did not start until September October of last year. They will not give us a shipping number/tracking number, but keep telling us the parts have been shipped. I want my parts, but waiting a year for parts is a little over the top.

If anyone has the ability to go to their shop and talk to them, I would be thankful to just get a status of what they plan on doing. I am in the middle now of checking to see what air fare is to them compared to hiring a german attorney. Air Fare or a german attorney is small price compared to the $ for parts we have all invested in these guys, but have not receive are parts.

I have seen enough posts over the past four-plus years to make me hesitant to deal with them. That's too bad, too, because our hobby is only going to dwindle in its overall size. There is no need for shabbiness.

Gary, that's not the first time we have heard stories like that on this board. It's unfortunate people can't just turn down the business if they can't meet their end of the deal.

Do keep everyone on here statused as you get some resolution (hopefully).
