The Bugpack glandnut is good. It is what i had in the 2332. The Scat glandnut is the one with the issue. Believe me, the thought of tossing it in the lake has come across my mind many times over the years.
I hope i'm driving it this weekend!

it definitley looks like your loosing about 1/4" with the scat gland nut, which would definitly put pressure on the output shaft.
i would email the mor give them a call and send them the pics. i wouldn't chance the used one, that would just mean more headaches just my 2 cents

Nope! It will be a couple days. On night shift.Does the pressure plate look right? My Stage 1 looks way different. Can't remember what the old stocker looked like.

Motor went it and it shifts well. Used the Bugpack 1-7/8 glandnut that i ran on the 2332.
