Body trolley

Not a real good pic Steve-made it from some left over 150mm 'C' channel from my Carport job.Used some short pieces of 40mm galv angle to hold it together and made some risers to use the outside holes where the body bolts under the back seat and the 2 front 10mm bolts each side where the body bolts to the pan.Used 4 80kg wheels-2 fixed and 2 swivels with locks.It was real easy to push around,but the 2 lockers didn't work so well,so just chocked with a piece of wood.I could load it onto the trailer by myself-pushed it up close,bent down and got the front wheels(fixed ones) up onto the trailer,then just picked up the arse end on each corner of the rear panel and walked it forward.I drilled 4 holes in each corner to fit a 'D' shackle,so it was easy to tie off once loaded on the trailer.It could be easily picked up sideways with a Fork and the paint shop wheeled it over their small scissor lift to get higher.I was going to make some 50mm slide in tubes with a 45 and a 90 so it could be turned on it's side at 45 or right over on it's side.Maybe for the next one.Good thing now it takes up bugger all room to store it-just tied it up to the fence.
