CB Performances dropped spindles I believe are forged and the company is in America, CSP I think is the site thats European (i believe) A narrowed beam basically is narrower than your stock one.Common to find then narrowed 2"-4" it allows you to use wider rims or if you just like the big gap with narrow wheels.Some people do go to the extreme with a 6" but most will not recomend it.
