The 944 adjustable spring plates are a two piece design, the ecentic bolt and clamping bolt are the only things keeping them together.
For the bushings you must un-bond the vulcanized rubber with some heat.
Apply a propane torch to the surounding metal (and inside the tube) untill they start to smolder (not burning,ya don't need to burn the damn things), then quicky pry them off with a pry bar.
Then clean the remaining rubber/residue off with a wire wheel.
