i found a few places where i could get sheets of c/f and i was unsure if it would work, but i know it will form around things when heated up but a door handle i don't know if that would be possible any suggestions?

If you mean fully prepared CF sheets in epoxy, then they won't become any more pliable with heat. Epoxy (and polyester resin, and vinyl ester) is a thermoset plastic. Once it cures, the heat needed to soften it is great than the heat needed to destroy it. The plastic matrix will fail and probably burn before is gets soft enough to form.

Now, alternatively, you could always just get CF cloth and epoxy and lay the carbon up right onto whatever part you're trying to cover, or make a mold of that part and duplicate it in CF.
