Finally the channel is ready, but after welding and grinding it was torn a lot >

So I fixated the channel and fired up the torch, after it was heated I tried to torn it back.

And that worked.

Next step is the firewall, I decided to use and repair the leftovers Tikimadness donated.

Today I cleaned up the firewall that was cut out of a '54. The firewall or innerwings where replaced or repaired in the past, it was not spotwelded but had a lot of welds around the edges. But it came out pretty nice.

This firewall was cut out because of it's weight, but the heaterchannels had to stay. this is why I had to repair the corners, it was not rusted but cut around the heaterchannels.

After some grinding, bending, drilling and a lot of hammering, the left channel fits properly.
