Wow! That "B" head has tiny chambers! Have you called CB and asked them? The 90.5 and 92 should be the same O.D.?

The "B" is the earlier 044 head. When I ordered those heads I orded match ported intakes. The "D" version heads do have larger combustion chambers, the head shown was the head the was repaired, due to a bent valve.
However I did not open up the combustion chambers to that extent. Also the intake runners could not be opened up, without massive welding. Im not sure what the current version looks like, but side by side will be obvious. ![]() ![]() ![]()

After looking at the heads again the "D" version is cut for 94mm. You can tell by the head stud holes that open up into the cylinder area.
