Newbie 928 Brake question

My co-worker has a 1983 928s parts car. Reading thru the posts here I only saw 944's mentioned. Does that mean I'm out of luck for the brakes from the 928s?

From what I know, and get a second opinion, the calipers are the same along with the rear discs as the 944. The reason the 944 is mentioned is because that model (924/944) was based on the VW Super Beetle suspension thus the parts interchange easy.

The 928S4/928GTS front calipers are radial mount but the early 928, single and four piston calipers, are axial mount (same as the early 944).
