how far north
How far north do you guys travel for vw shows, the reason I ask is I live in MD and there isnt much here for me to go to for tech stuff and Im forced to do everything online. I might join as soon as I get the windows back in and 17" wheels on the bus.

we are all over the place so group attendance anywhere really varies. we do a few big gatherings a year at various shows. most of those tend to be in the GA area since it is the most central. we have a couple guys in NC, but that is about as far north as we have people now. those guys hit the Hershey show and a few NC shows.
most of our meeting is online as well because of the relatively few people and how spread out we are, but belonging is still cool.

I think I'm the most westerner we have? Most of the events are a good 8-10 hrs for me but Zen is right... It feels good to keep in contact with people who have a common dream. A lot of positive re-enforcement and support is key when nobody around you gets what you're trying to do.

No odometer on the net. :agree:
Tenn./S.C is as far north as I have gone for a show, but we have talked about going to shows like the Porsche/VW family Reunion in Cinn. OH.
