Need Help!!! What Do You Think??

I have a 1.8 liter engine with 2.0 heads that needs to be rebuilt. Someone wants to buy this from me. How much should I ask for it? How much would you buy it for?

how many miles on it? turnkey or long block? bus 2.0l or 914 2.0l heads?
