where to get a type 4 engine

Can anyone recomend a company , shop , yard to get a type 4 engine in running condition for a reasonable price near the Bay Area (s.f.) ? If not that specific maybe a site online or a link ?

there is a company called FAT from what ive heard they are pretty good and i think they are in cali
